Social Media Manager
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute strategies to build Included Health’s brand presence across key social media channels. You will translate our brand tone and voice across social channels to reach key audiences and amplify our brand narrative and key messages. The social media manager will also partner closely with team members across the organization to develop and distribute engaging content.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute our social media marketing strategy, inclusive of paid and organic strategies and metrics reporting
- Lead the creation and execution of content across our social channels
- Create and maintain an editorial content plan across multiple social media platforms and manage all social media scheduling and postings
- Partner closely with creative services to develop engaging visuals to accompany compelling content and copy
- Oversee community management, including customer response protocol
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Social Media Marketing experience, ideally in the digital health space or with a fast growing startup
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and management tools
- Creative writer and storyteller, with experience writing for B2B, corporate, consumer, and employee audiences
- Extensive experience with social media monitoring, publishing and listening platforms, with proven track record of growing brand presence
- Strong attention to detail; excellent organization and time management skills
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-changing environment
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills; experience working collaboratively with internal and external teams
- Energetic team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and is excited about helping us build our brand
