To further this mission, we’re looking for a product marketer to join our consumer product marketing team. As Senior Associate, Product Marketing for Consumer, you will be responsible for driving go-to-market launches for new products and for growing engagement with those products. You’ll collaborate closely with partners in product, business operations, and within marketing to develop campaigns that drive bottom-line impact on adoption, retention, and order frequency goals.

The ideal candidate won’t be afraid to dive into the unknown to drive the success of a launch. You’ll be comfortable with data, using insights about customers to inform your marketing strategies and drive continuous impact. You’ll naturally build consensus and form trusted relationships with your product and business stakeholders to deliver world class products. 

This role is based in San Francisco.

What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated launches for new DoorDash products - developing product positioning, value proposition, and channel marketing strategy
• Partner closely with data science to track impact of initiatives and make recommendations to drive further impact
• Own implementation of launches and customer engagement campaigns, developing target audience, driving creative, and launching and reporting on results
• Collaborate with insights team to survey and understand customer needs to drive strategic recommendations to product
• Build a trusted partnership with your product and business team peers

Qualifications

• BA
• 3+ years of professional experience in marketing in a corporate or startup environment
• Proven experience driving successful go-to-market launches that drive adoption and bottom line impact
