We are building a world-class Channel Sales & Marketing team and are looking for an analytical, strategic and creative individual to join our B2B Sales team as the Senior B2B Channel Marketing Manager. You will be instrumental in helping us drive expansion and launch key strategic projects in collaboration with our valued B2B channel partners.

 

This opportunity involves creating B2B Channel Programs and working across our various segments including Gov./Ed. Medical, Office/Corporate, Hospitality and SMB. To be successful in this role you will need to move quickly to identify opportunities and generate new ideas to raise brand awareness, increase market share and achieve our growth goals. 

 

In this role you will be working with our B2B Sales team, Distributors, Resellers, Industry Associations and Corporate Enterprise Customers, ensuring our B2B partners are delighted, informed and inspired at every touch-point in their journey. What you will own:

  • B2B Channel marketing strategy: Create, manage and execute to ensure goals are achieved/exceeded, across our B2B Channel Partners as well as our direct Enterprise Customers.
  • Sales acceleration plans: Partner with the the B2B Sales team to develop and execute effective ways to grow awareness of Molekule and help drive sales across our various B2B verticals including Medical, Gov./Education, Hospitality and Distribution segments. 
  • Creating Strategy & Driving Execution: This role is not for the meek or indecisive. You will be asked to help build and drive our B2B strategy and work across departments within Molekule to deliver quality programs to help us grow our B2B business.
  • Channel marketing assets: As a key component of the B2B Sales team you will own the process of initiating assets including the marketing brief creation process for cross-functional partners on our Creative team. Once these assets are created you will work to distribute marketing assets and work with our Distribution partners across multiple channels to make sure they have the needed information to help them drive sales and awareness of Molekule’s products and services.
  • Promotional planning: You will own the B2B promotional calendar, budget and ROI analyses - ensuring channel parity, while minimizing grey market activity
  • Campaign management: Manage multiple retailer campaigns at once, involving a high amount of organization and multitasking
  • Performance tracking and insights: Make on-going recommendations for improved performance, while collaborating both internally and externally to achieve mutual goals
  • Channel marketing budget: Ensure spend is within or below budget guidelines. Work cross functionally with sales and finance.
  • B2B Lead Generation Program Management: You will collaborate with the B2B sales team, B2B Demand Generation Manager and our Executive team to help create demand generations that drive awareness and create top-of-funnel leads that we can convert into Molekule customers.
  • Strategic B2B Marketing Leader: In this role you will work with Distributors, Trade Associations, Large Enterprise Customers, 3rd Party Providers as well as our internal Molekule Creative Team to create and manage all facets of our B2B Promotions and Lead Generations programs including brief creation, workback schedules, lead cross-functional meetings, track delivery, installation, execution and performance of activities.
  • GTM Planning: Support global new product introduction needs for the B2B Sales team and our customers. 
  • Represent B2B Channel and Customers in all Marketing Conversations: You will be our voice in the marketing conversations and will need to understand the needs of our market, and customers and be able to voice those needs and work for creative resources to help serve our vast B2B customers. Our business is vast and includes Medical, Gov/Ed, Distribution, Hospitality, and SMB. You will need to be well versed in our customers needs and represent the B2B team in all cross-functional product planning sessions.
  • Event Planning & Management: You will help organize Molekule’s presence at events including trade shows, customer training and Distributor Sales Days, etc.

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor of Arts/Science degree
  • 7 years of managing successful B2B channel marketing programs preferably within the Consumer Electronics industry. Experience working with distributors in CE, Medical or Hospitality fields is strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills: Planning and prioritization skills, the ability to multitask and be adaptable are a must if you are going to succeed in this role. You must be able to manage a whole host of projects simultaneously, drive visibility of the need for these projects and be comfortable working across departments to achieve results. 
  • Independent and driven: You are a self starter with a keen sense of urgency and drive to get things accomplished. You are not only super sharp and able to envision & create amazing marketing & lead generation programs for the B2B channel you are also able to pave the way for these new and innovative programs to reach the execution stage and drive sales. You are able to work in a collaborative manner and serve as the liaison between Sales, Creative, Product Marketing, and Operations to build & execute cross-functionally sound marketing plans.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (internally & externally). You are not afraid to build a deck or two and deliver the content in a meaningful way (via presentation tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote). You are comfortable speaking in front of an audience of Executives, Customers or Industry Trade Associations VIP’s and be able to get your message across while also keeping their interest. 
  • Analysis and tracking tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI). You must be comfortable digging into the numbers, gleaming insights and making informed decisions (via analysis and tracking tools: Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI)
