Description:

The successful candidate for this role will work with a team that is responsible for producing all online projects, with a focus on user experience and lead generation including; creating new sites, managing digital channels and delivering email campaigns (via Marketo), that align with company and Marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reviewing company or department objectives and working closely with other teams (e.g. Integrated Programs, Product Marketing, Field Marketing) to develop and run actionable & measurable digital marketing programs. This could include using the following digital tactics: Email, lead nurture, SEO, PPC, social, mobile, website strategy and other digital components. Works closely with Integrated Programs team to align digital channels and strategies
  • Responsible for creating, executing & measuring the digital marketing programs, and conducts analyses to make recommendations that will increase program ROI
  • Responsible for using and managing the Marketing Automation software (Marketo), and associated add-on components
  • User of Sales Force Automation software (Salesforce.com), as tied to campaigns and reporting; builds campaign reports and dashboards
  • Performs campaign setups to ensure proper tracking, reporting, and analysis
  • Creates audience segmentation for maximum reach and ROI
  • Performs database management, reporting and contact maintenance
  • Defines and runs A/B tests and optimizes campaigns; Utilizes personalization and other techniques to increase audience engagement
  • Works closely with other team members to execute and monitor digital campaigns across multiple channels

 Desired Skills:

  • 10+ years of relevant marketing or marketing operations (including SaaS and B2B) experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation systems (Marketo, Eloqua, etc.), including implementation, administration, and integration
  • Ability to learn new technologies, and to determine and communicate its impact to the business
  • Knowledge of marketing funnels, email and web technologies; basic HTML and CSS would be helpful
  • Experience with using data management and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) to find insights that lead to campaign performance-improvements
  • Strong experience managing complex projects in a matrixed business environment
  • Experience with SEO, testing, and web analytics
  • Familiar with persona concepts
  • Ability to think Globally and deliver to global requirements
  • Basic skills with Photoshop or similar tools would be a plus
  • Experience with using content management systems (Teamsite, Ingeniux, Documentum, etc.) a plus
  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field
