Sr. Director of Web Strategy  

This key individual will help conceptualize and drive our digital marketing strategy in order to bring to life Zscaler's technology transformation story. You will help design and own our Web Strategy to create an optimal, compelling, and personalized user experience. You will leverage data analytics, personalization strategies, analytic tools, and automation to help increase revenue and profitability, while improving the competitive positioning of our businesses. This is a comprehensive global role that leverages Marketing, CxO vision, Web Architecture, Analytics, and Automation to create a cohesive and connected journey through zscaler.com
What you will do:

• Maintains and delivers the health and progression of our brand websites, mobile & social platforms, marketing campaign tools, digital strategy roadmap.
• Develop, execute, and optimize digital media programs that help tell our brand story, acquire and engage high value accounts, and meet demand goals.
• Consult with a broader marketing team including senior executives, lines of business, regional demand managers, and other key stakeholders on driving acquisition, acceleration, and expansion through media investments.

• Team with agency partners, managing acquisition strategy, ad testing & optimization, go to market timelines and calendar, measurement and reporting.
• Leverage the digital landscape to improve marketing performance, vendor engagements, tech partnerships, and overall customer experiences.
• Lead teams responsible for application designs, digital marketing platforms, digital capabilities, and social networks to identify & maximize business value drivers.
• Provide regular guidance to Product owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and agencies to maintain consistency of vision and actionable intelligence from our marketing efforts.
• Stay on top of trends and leading practices in media and ad-tech industries to drive innovation.

What we expect from you:

• 10+ years of experience leading the design and implementation of digital marketing technologies and social platforms.
• Strong working relationships with Developers, QA, Product Managers, while capable of translating CxO level leadership vision into a digital marketing strategy.
• Preferred background in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong Analytical skills, with deep experience in automation, BI, and dashboard creation. C
• Curiosity and passion for testing and experimentation.
• Strong writing, editing, and communications skills.
