The Sr. Marketing Programs Manager, Sage People, will be responsible for the design, execution, and measurement of integrated demand generation campaigns that add opportunities to the sales pipeline. This individual will manage a variety of programs and tactics, both internal and external, that deliver net new marketing qualified leads as well as nurture existing leads to advance them through the buyer's journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective integrated marketing campaigns through the utilization of a wide range of demand generation vehicles and tactics
  • Drive the end to end campaign lifecycle: Initial program scope definition, creative process, program development, program execution, and performance measurement
  • Develop strategies and approaches to optimize campaign response levels
  • Design, build, and test landing pages, email copy, subject lines, list selects, etc.
  • Enrich and cleanse imported lists, continuously expand, and improve the marketing database, and periodically audit to ensure high-performance campaign execution
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Measure and report on programs and campaigns performance using Marketo, Salesforce, and other MarTech tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields; MBA is a plus
  • 5-7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing campaigns such as email, webinars, etc.
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and delivering effective and innovative marketing campaigns and programs that meet or exceed baseline metrics
  • Demonstrated success in partnering, and building successful relationships, with sales
  • Deep understanding of demand generation fundamentals, content marketing, and lead nurturing
  • Experience in marketing database management, list segmentation, coverage models
  • Excellent project management skills to plan, execute and report on multiple programs running in parallel
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player
  • Proven ability to work in a demanding fast-paced environment
