Sr. Organic Acquisition Manager

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Senior Organic Acquisition Manager to join our Acquisition Marketing team. The person in this role will be responsible for driving website traffic and acquiring users through non-advertising means, primarily SEO and organic search. We’re looking for a seasoned SEO leader to build the strategy for our organic web presence and execute to build this as a key pillar in our sustainable acquisition strategy. This is a high-visibility and high-impact role that will also have opportunities to scale other types of organic growth initiatives.
Your impact
This role offers the opportunity to be part of a highly effective and lean Acquisition Marketing team while building an advanced and sustainable organic strategy from scratch across B2B and B2C. You’ll be able to create our playbook for increasing our rankings and driving more organic traffic.
In this role, you will:
- Audit our traffic mix and current SEO strategy to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- Implement on-page improvements and partner with the Engineering team on technical improvements.
- Invest in initiatives that drive quality organic traffic at scale and build repeatable frameworks and processes.
- Create and begin executing SEO strategy for Grammarly Business.
- Invest in non-SEO growth initiatives.

- Has the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, to balance goals as a factor for decision-making, and to use directional data to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Has experience building or advising brands on web ecosystems and web presence.
- Understands marketing fundamentals and best practices, including acquisition, product marketing, lifecycle/engagement, experiments/growth, and brand.
