Talent Brand Associate
About the roleĀ
Chime is looking for a Talent Brand Associate and thought partner to continue building, iterating, and growing Chimeās candidate audience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Chimeās current candidate social presence (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Blind, etc.), researching and creating new channels for us to expand our reach (think: Reddit, Github, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) owning our diversity and recruiting events strategy, and partnering with the Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Manager to continue increasing Chimeās overall impact as an employer.Ā
This job cannot be performed in the state of Colorado.
In this role, you can expect to
- Get creative and try new things! You will start by maintaining an editorial calendar that is authentic and engaging to potential candidates, showing what itās like to work at Chime, what are some of the (exciting) challenges our teams are working on, and more. Weāve built a foundation around this but want you to come in and shake things up - elevating our presence on all platforms
- Partner closely with our Marketing, Design, Communications, and Diversity, Equity, and Belonging (DEB) teams to ensure that our voice and brand are aligned across all channels and initiatives
- Measure our marketing impact by monitoring and analyzing our social channel health; making changes as needed to our strategy to continue the improvement of our external brand
- Create, share, and suggest content to internal partners - including our Chimer Resource Groups (CRGs), Talent team, or hiring managers; providing standard methodologies on how to utilize the content
- Own, manage, and grow our recruiting events strategy - balancing both our DEB and hiring initiatives when planningĀ
- Develop and communicate a strategic and thoughtful approach to enhancing positive reviews on our employment brand media channels such as Glassdoor, Blind, and othersĀ Ā Ā
- Play a key role in partnering with the Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Manager to project manage additional talent brand projects
To thrive in this role, you haveĀ Ā Ā
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and/or events management; 1+ years in recruiting/talent branding is a plus
- Experience being solution-oriented. You love when a problem lands on your plate, and you can find a creative solution before bringing it to the table
- A knack for being entrepreneurial, self-directed, resourceful, and able to succeed with minimal guidance. Experience using data to make decisions and create narratives for critical initiatives
- Skills of a natural storyteller; have experience building editorial calendars independently, and have a passion for crafting stories through words, pictures, and video. You have a keen visual sense, an eye for detail, and mastery of both technical and aesthetic best practices for images and video across social platforms
- A passion for getting the details right but also being comfortable adjusting when changes are needed - sometimes at the last minuteĀ
- Experience building positive relationships with key partners and the confidence to use your expertise to drive the process forward despite any obstacles

- A BS/BA in marketing or related fieldĀ
