Ripple is rapidly scaling across its seven global offices, hiring at a rapid rate. We are seeking a strategic, creative and ambitious marketing professional to serve as our first Talent Brand Manager. In this role, you’ll build and own our talent brand globally.

Partnering with leaders at the company, you’ll own our talent brand positioning and identify target candidate segments. You’ll closely collaborate with teams across marketing to develop and execute high-impact strategies to reach those segments, and build Ripple’s brand awareness amongst top talent.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own our talent go-to-market strategy to support our global expansion, including crafting our employer value proposition and segmenting the talent market for our hiring priorities
  • Drive targeted marketing strategies to build Ripple’s talent brand and help the company recruit world-class talent, partnering closely with our recruiting, design, content, events and communications teams
  • Map and optimize the candidate journey to build an increasingly effective funnel and awesome candidate experience
  • Act as the steward for the Ripple talent brand, ensuring clear and consistent brand touch points through all stages of the candidate journey 
  • Develop compelling and authentic content ranging from blog posts and videos to social media posts and award copy to tell the Ripple story
  • Identify key conference and other event opportunities for recruiting and drive Ripple’s presence, including speaking opportunities, sponsorships, etc
  • Closely partner with company leaders to develop, execute and improve program plans
  • Report on program successes and opportunities using data

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, talent strategy or community management
  • A history (and preference) of being both strategic and execution-oriented
  • Excel at simplifying complex concepts in messaging and crafting differentiated positioning
  • Skilled at identifying compelling story angles and bringing them to life in clear, innovative and effective ways
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Serious attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Proactive, energetic and relentless in the pursuit of moving the needle
  • A hunger to beat the competition
  • Excellent at collaborating with many contributors
  • Highly organized and skilled at project management and prioritization
