Verkada is looking for a Talent Demand Generation Lead to join our fun and fast paced, high growth global company. Working as a key part of the Talent Acquisition team, your focus will be evenly split across the development of content-led marketing campaigns, and adapting global strategy to fit local needs. You will understand the merging worlds of Marketing, HR & Talent Acquisition and be able to navigate through them all. Responsibilities
- Own and expand our digital and physical presence in the local market with the help of our content/production marketing team.
- Measure and track the effectiveness of your efforts down the recruiting funnel while continually optimizing your approach based on findings.
- Test ideas, find ways to automate, rinse and repeat
- Analyze and optimize on lower-funnel metrics to ensure campaign ROI improves as it scales
- Develop compelling content that drives continuity of our talent brand across nurture emails, video scripts, and other materials in partnership with different lines of the business, all of who you will work with in different capacities.
- Amplify the stories that make us who we are and create content to share across channels that connect employees to our business, vision, values and culture.
- Work cross-functionally with the Recruitment and University Recruitment team to create campaigns around hiring.
- Drive high-profile, complex projects from inception to execution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience developing talent brand strategy in a startup environment.
- 2+ years executing demand generation campaigns for marketing or recruiting purposes.
- A hacker’s type mentality full of curiosity and creativity.
- Proven ability communicating to internal and external audiences as well as excellent verbal and written skills.
- Proven analytical skills required to analyze and predict the ROI of a marketing campaign through each step of the funnel.
- Exceptional writing skills both for short form and long form content.
- Ability to work cross functionally with other stakeholders.
