User Acquisition Associate (Multiple Locations)

Achievement is seeking a motivated mission driven candidate as our new User Acquisition Associate. Reporting to the Study Recruitment Lead, this role will engage daily with an experienced cross-functional team and be responsible for recruiting study participants in digital studies and hitting enrollment targets. Recruitment responsibilities span the design, setup, and execution phases of the study lifecycle.
As a member of the Achievement Operations team, you will also collaborate with the Design, Clinical Operations, Solutions & Delivery, Research & Analytics, Sales, and Product teams to ensure our studies meet or exceed high quality standards.
Ability to dive into the day-to-day work with the Achievement Operations team is a must. We are looking for individuals who thrive when working with multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast paced, changing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own study recruitment setup and execution for assigned digital studies, including:
- Reviewing relevant study materials (eg, protocols) for market research and IRB studies and providing feedback where necessary to ensure recruitment considerations are accounted for (eg, study population, sample characteristic balancing targets).
- Assisting in preparing and reviewing recruitment materials for IRB submissions (eg, ad/email copy/landing page), and tailoring each to match specific study population needs.
- Conducting recruitment setup activities, including:
- Working with the Study Recruitment Lead to assist with developing a recruitment plan/strategy
- Assisting with pre-recruitment efforts (eg, Facebook campaigns, labeling surveys)
- Owning recruitment campaign setup (eg, offers/emails/GTM tags/UTM params for tracking)
- Assisting with preparing targeted members lists for recruitment
- Tracking and reporting on study metrics regularly during recruitment
- Develop expertise in the functionality and use of proprietary digital platforms
- For relevant projects, assist with developing and managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns from start to finish, including:
- Identifying target populations and researching the patient journey
- Developing marketing plans and key messaging
- Identifying, vetting, and developing new partnerships as a recruitment channel as needed
- Creating light ad creative mockups for hand-off to designer
- Testing and optimization of creative and landing page
- Owning decisions on the ideal marketing mix
- Analyzing and reporting campaign results to internal team
- Cultivating relationships with external vendors who recruit on Evidation’s behalf
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS
- 4-5 years work experience in digital marketing, digital health, research participant recruitment, or other applicable field
- Partnership development
- Proficiency with and understanding of online marketing channels (eg, Facebook ads)
- Strong analytical, project management, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Efficient multi-tasker able to juggle multiple projects in various phases simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Works well with minimal direction at times
- Versatile team player with affinity for collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Analytics, SQL, A/B testing, Google Workspace, SurveyMonkey, and Jira
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with clinical research and trials
- Experience with pharmaceutical, digital health, or healthcare projects/programs
- Start-up experience with companies or large research programs
