Who are we looking for?

We are searching for a dynamic, high energy and results driven VP, Demand Generation to join our rapidly growing leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this professional will own marketing program strategy, customer targeting, program implementation, automation, operations and analytics. An A-Player who can lead Demand Generation functional and strategic targets of a hyper-growth, pre-IPO company.  Working closely with the leadership team, the VP will play a critical role in taking the company through our upcoming growth phase.

Essential Functions/duties:

  • You will be responsible for bringing a strategic vision and innovative approach to build upon our lead generation programs to support positioning the product and the organization as a leader in cyber security.
  • You will play a key role in optimizing our existing demand generation engine.
  • Lead marketing program strategy implementation and oversee brand positioning, customer targeting, activations, lead generation activities, channel and partner marketing.
  • Define SentinelOne’s lead generation strategies in a SaaS, AI and Data Analytics marketing environment.
  • Define KPIs, create and implement inbound marketing strategy, and create marketing dashboards for the executive team.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and communication teams to position our features and innovation to benefit new and existing customers and differentiate the company from competition.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead generation, LTV (lifetime value) and retention.
  • Work together with the CMO to mentor a growing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
  • 10+ years of Marketing program management experience; 5+ years of leading functional marketing teams in a SaaS or Software environment.
  • Startup experience preferred  
  • Successfully defined, tested and optimized SaaS product positioning and marketing thorough hyper growth stages 
  • Designed high performing demand generation processes, systems, and automation
  • Lead successful demand generation function - strategy, tactics, programs and backend automation.
  • Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team members
  • Working experience with marketing software such as Marketo, PathFactory, Drift, Marketo, HubSpot, 6sense, Eloqua or others 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cyber Security experience
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise
  • High caliber, dynamic personality that promotes a positive culture
  • Experience recruiting, enabling and retaining top talent
  • Excellent time management and written/verbal communication skills
