Hearsay is searching for a Marketing executive with proven leadership experience across all functions of marketing, demand generation, product marketing, PR/AR and brand marketing. Reporting to the President, this leader will drive the development and strategy for marketing. This leader will work with sales, customer success and product executives to create and execute against a cohesive and aligned GTM Marketing plan with clear objectives and metrics.

About the role:

  • Set the strategy and lead the cross-organizational focus for all marketing programs, including alignment with current customers and future prospects
  • Work collaboratively and closely across teams to ensure an optimized and aligned approach to Hearsay’s company and platform strategy and driving compelling conversations with key customer and prospect personas and to effectively show the value of Hearsay
  • Translate the Hearsay vision and strategy into clean well-articulated messages that resonate with market, customers and partners
  • Drive product launches to create market awareness and revenue generation in our key markets: Wealth, Life and P&C
  • Ensure the positioning is based on helping customers solve real business challenge by delivering outcomes
  • Develop product messaging to support the sales teams to engage with customers and prospects to understand how and where Hearsay fits in their Digital Transformations
  • Provide strong direction, objectives and metrics that impact all the different teams, and provide mentoring, career development and coaching opportunities to ensure an overall high-performing team
  • As an industry thought leader, work with key analysts, present at key industry shows
  • Drive the development of demos, collateral, and best practices to enable solutions to be presented by sales in a way to highlight the value of aligning to and solving real strategic business initiatives across enterprise organizations
  • Drive go to market activities for Hearsay Platform including pricing/packaging, content development, marketing messages, sales enablement, support, etc

About you:

  • 10 + years of related Consulting, Sales and Marketing experience with a track record of success in high growth companies
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
  • Must be extremely customer facing and an avid evangelist of the product
  • Must be a great team leader with the ability to assess multiple market and customer opportunities and easily and effectively collaborate across departments
  • Experience driving projects and GTM through Exec relationships and cross-departmentally with engineering, sales, support and product marketing and management
  • Experience in Enterprise Software, ability to understand complex technology and reduce to messages that resonate
  • Excellent presentation skills across subject areas from marketing, research, management, and profitability
  • Ability to effectively communicate, motivate, and inspire cross-functional teams with professionalism and clarity
