The B2B Growth Marketing team  is looking for an experienced Web Marketing Manager who has deep CRO, design, UI/UX and web development experience. The data-driven Web Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing web-based marketing strategies to promote the brand, products, and convert visitors to leads. He/she will manage content updates to support the Merchant and DoorDash for Business teams. This role is responsible for a high volume of regular content updates.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and a passion for content integrity and user experience. You’ll have the ability to contribute to the development of the CMS as well as troubleshooting technical issues while partnering closely with Product, SEO, and Content Marketing teams on rapid web experimentation and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Plans and implements web-based marketing strategies and campaigns for the Merchant and DoorDash for Business websites
  • Collaborates with web development and design teams; provides guidance on marketing-related aspects of the businesses’ web presence.
  • Coordinates with other marketing team members to ensure active promotions, product updates, and campaigns are represented on the website(s)
  • Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in web marketing
  • Update website content and partner with channel marketers (paid and email) to retarget visitors with the goal to convert them into leads and customers
  • Implement new widgets including Chat, data enrichment plug-ins and troubleshoot and respond to any integration/application issues
  • Build, test and operate customer facing websites using modern front-end frameworks
  • Build, test, deploy and maintain dynamic web pages including multilingual websites 
  • Produce new UI/UX features and redesigns (translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code)
  • Partner closely with Product and CRO agency to deploy rapid A/B tests to improve lead conversion, build/write tests, and analyze performance
  • Create and edit landing pages (sales inquiry forms and signup pages) according to the mockups
  • Migrate the existing website from Hubspot to Marketo
  • Create custom forms and connect it with third party tools
  • Collaboration with SEO experts to drive organic search and traffic volumes (copy edits, metadata tags, etc.)
  • Setup and install pixels (Google Tag Manager, Segment, etc.), fire rules in JavaScript for a variety of purposes, update tracking codes, and create custom tracking codes where needed 
  • Participate in design and code reviews
  • Enable user analytics, logging, monitoring, instrumentation for all web platforms\

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in web development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • A solid understanding of front end concepts & technologies
  • Understanding of web design/development concepts and processes
  • Translating high quality designs, wire-frame mock-ups and/or test ideas into working front-end JavaScript
  • Proven experience in responsive experiences
  • Master in A/B testing and tools including Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target, Monetate and VWO
  • Stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Quick turnarounds while ensuring a high level of quality
  • Innovative and creative thinking
  • Quick learner and appetite for learning new things
  • Ability to write requirements for site functionality
  • Ability to write and execute test scripts to test existing site and new functionality
  • Ability to successfully negotiate a range of projects, from vague to well-defined, simple to complex, implementation to innovation.
  • Candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements, diverse project needs, and tight timelines.
