Web Marketing Manager

In this role you’ll lead the Moveworks web strategy to create a strong online presence that builds the brand and fuels growth. As the first hire on the web team, you will define the web strategy and partner with business and marketing leaders to identify needs, define priorities and accelerate performance improvements. You'll lead global initiatives to ensure the website accurately conveys our value proposition across audiences and is locally relevant. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is excited about working cross-functionally.

What You'll Do

  • Continually evolve and optimize the Moveworks website to reflect our brand story, and educate and guide businesses at all stages of the decision making cycle
  • Hire and mentor a web team to drive the information architecture strategy ...etc
  • Ensure Moveworks has an aligned strategy and is driving constant improvements for the web
  • Lead all web projects to make sure regular updates are executed smoothly, on-schedule, and within scope
  • Work across teams including Product Marketing, Content Marketing and Media to ensure web plans align with product launches, incorporate customer value props and compelling content, and support paid campaigns
  • Develop reporting to manage growth metrics globally
  • Crafting a website optimization strategy that focuses on the user experience, using A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic content to improve user journeys and target key audience segments.
  • Strategizing, implementing, and managing our internal SEO campaign, driving optimizations for search while continuing to improve and optimize its user experience

What you bring to the table

  • Excellent understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Experience localizing websites for international markets
  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the organization's website.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
  • Identify and respond to all website security breaches.
  • Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.
  • Provide full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.

Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, Moveworks Headquarters is adjacent to downtown retail, dining, and shopping with easy direct access to major freeways. Our building is surrounded by large, mature trees and plenty of free parking. We enjoy a high walk score with ample bike and running paths.
