HELP BUILD A WORLD CLASS DIGITAL DEMAND ENGINE
Our Digital team’s mission is to develop an efficient and modern digital infrastructure that will be critical in our ability to create awareness and drive quality leads. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented marketing specialist to manage day to day web operations. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Digital to support and streamline the management of Sisense.com.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Collaborating with the broader marketing organization to ensure projects and tasks are on task and accomplished in a timely manner.
- Streamlining and managing web processes to improve efficiencies
- Managing day to day operations that include but are not limited to content updates, posting press releases and more.
- QA testing in coordination with marketing operations
- Ongoing web maintenance to ensure the website is providing a good user experience (fixing broken links, updating outdated content, etc).
HOW YOU’LL RAMP:
By Day 30...
- You will have a much deeper understanding of the Sisense product capabilities
- You will begin managing day to day web tasks
- You will have developed a sense of what is working and what isn’t and have a clear understanding of how to move forward
- You will meet the team and understand who key stakeholders are
Day 60...
- You’ll be fully integrated with the team, with an understanding of how to work with stakeholders to accomplish various initiatives
- Develop a deep understanding of Sisense products, competition, and how the competition and Sisense stack against each other.
- You will have a clear set of goals and active projects to improve web process and experience
Day 90...
- Take initiative to identifying areas of opportunity and effectively addressing
- Have a seamless process for assigning tasks and pushing initiatives through to completion in a timely manner
- Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.
WHAT WILL HAVE PREPARED YOU FOR THIS ROLE:
- Bring at least 3 years of marketing experience.
- Basic HTML knowledge preferred but not required
- Proven track record in performance marketing for tech / SaaS companies.
- Solid understanding of how web experience impacts performance
- Passion for collaboration and process improvement
- Basic understanding of key components required to see various web initiatives through; strong attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and project management tools such as Asana
