THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Multimedia Graphic & Motion Designer at GR0, you will create exceptional visual elements for a variety of digital marketing channels. This role emphasizes direct response advertising and requires a deep understanding of typography, layout, and space usage. You will report directly to the head of the department.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Design & Motion Graphics: Create compelling visuals for digital marketing channels, including email and SMS campaigns, paid social ads, and sales collateral. Develop and produce high-quality motion graphics that enhance brand identity and effectively communicate client messages. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across various formats.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines. Proof and QA designs for error-free execution. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, account managers, and project managers to meet client expectations and deliver projects on time. Proactively assist fellow designers with bandwidth and support needs.
- Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of design and cultural trends to provide relevant creative assets. Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance, recommending improvements.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 4+ years of design experience, particularly in direct response advertising.
- Experience in email marketing, direct response digital advertising for paid social and paid search, as well as proficiency in motion graphics, is a must.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions across multiple digital channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma) and motion graphic tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Experience with email marketing design for direct-to-consumer and business-to-business campaigns.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo template builder is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex information into compelling visual designs.
- Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team member.

WHAT IS THE EXPECTED PAY:
- This role offers compensation based on deliverables. The exact compensation is contingent on deliverable completion, availability, and speed of work.
