We’re looking for a results driven National Account Manager to accelerate our growth across mass retail partners, including Target and Walmart. This role is ideal for a commercially minded sales leader who thrives on driving sell-in and sell-through performance, optimizing trade and marketing investments, and building strategic relationships that deliver sustainable, profitable growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Own account strategy and execution for key mass retailers, including Target and Walmart.
  • Manage forecasting, trade spend, promotional planning, and merchandising execution.
  • Build strong partnerships with retailer teams and broker partners to deliver results.
  • Partner with the Omnichannel Marketing team to execute impactful, on-platform media campaigns that drive incremental sales.
  • Analyze POS and panel data to identify insights and develop growth strategies.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and category expansion.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Brand teams to ensure flawless execution and alignment with business objectives.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing mass retail accounts (Target, Walmart, or similar).
  • Strong financial, analytical, and strategic planning skills, with experience owning a P&L.
  • Proficiency in Nielsen or Circana/IRI and data-driven decision-making.
  • CPG experience required; hair or personal care preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
