    • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Account Executives to support technical discovery and qualification of prospects.
    • Translate customer network requirements into tailored solutions that showcase the value and feasibility of gaiia’s platform.
    • Help customers and internal stakeholders understand trade-offs and priorities when designing around a mix of new and legacy infrastructure.
  3. Implementation Guidance and Internal Leadership:
    • Provide architecture oversight and clarification during onboarding and implementation phases.
    • Build an efficient and repeatable process for network scoping, deep dive, solution alignment, and implementation.
    • Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams needing context on customer network design and implementation considerations.
    • Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap direction based on real-world customer network needs.
    • Drive a team of highly-skilled software engineers to develop network provisioning automations based on your designs.
✅ Must-Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Network Engineering), or equivalent practical experience, along with industry certifications
  • Deep knowledge of the telecom industry and network engineering.
  • 5+ years experience as a Network Engineer, Solution Architect, Sales Engineer or similar role within the broader B2B SaaS industry.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for technology and innovation.
