About the Role
As a Graduate Engineer at Dyson, you will be part of a structured graduate programme designed to develop future engineering leaders. You will work on real-world engineering challenges, contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, development, manufacturing, and testing.
Support the design, development, testing, and validation of products and technologies
Apply engineering fundamentals to solve complex technical problems
Assist in prototyping, experimentation, and data analysis to evaluate design performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, software engineers, manufacturing, and quality teams
Contribute to continuous improvement of products, processes, and engineering solutions
Document engineering work clearly, including reports, test results, and design reviews
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related disciplines
(e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Software, Materials, Industrial, Systems, etc.)Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals
Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Passion for technology, innovation, and product development
Curiosity and a hands-on mindset
Willingness to challenge assumptions and think differently
Resilience and adaptability in solving complex problems
