The monday.com for Nonprofits team is seeking a nonprofit partnerships manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our mission of helping nonprofits worldwide in overcoming their greatest challenges using our platform.

Our team is currently assisting over 17,000 nonprofits from 137 countries, and we are focused on scaling the number of nonprofits in our program

What will you be doing in this role:

  • Wake up every morning with the mission of aiding tens of thousands of nonprofits worldwide in expanding their impact with our platform.
  • Play a pivotal role in creating the monday.com for Nonprofits partnerships domain from the ground up.
  • Work within one of the most notable Work OS programs for nonprofits alongside highly talented individuals.

Please note that this role is on a hybrid model in our NYC location.


About The Role:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of monday.com for Nonprofits partnerships domain to scale the number of nonprofits in our program.
  • Establish new partnerships and cultivate existing ones within the nonprofit ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with various teams at monday.com to establish and maintain partnerships and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage marketing campaigns with strategic partners to reach new target audiences.
  • Implement data-driven practices to monitor, report, and enhance partnership performance.
  • Willingness to travel and meet partners in person.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in managing partnerships with large organizations in North America.
  • Ability to take an entire project from A to Z.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Team player with a highly proactive approach.
  • Strong relationship-building, initiating, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strength and experience with public speaking.
  • Passion for working with nonprofits - must.
  • Experience in online marketing - advantage.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is an advantage.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $78,000-$100,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
