About the role

The Operations Analyst will support the Operations, Clinical Talent Acquisition, and Clinical Operations teams. This individual will be responsible for providing key stakeholders (including, Data, Finance, and Business Development) with talent acquisition data, analysis, forecasting, model builds and enhancement, business insights, and general reporting needs. This role will work closely with our talent acquisition data reporting as well as client partnership success and then will move on to other areas of focus within Operations.

You'll be responsible for:  Developing improved Ops Reporting (including forecasting, KPI reporting, and understanding historical trends), building various supply and demand models managing the data infrastructure with the data team, and managing cross-functional reporting.


Core Areas of Responsibility

Reporting & Data Visualization (50%)

  • Partner with the data team to scope, design, and build a comprehensive data and reporting ecosystem across Looker, Greenhouse, TalentWall, and Google Sheets in partnership with the data team
  • Improve and build additional dashboards and reporting to monitor and analyze KPIs
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict start volume and hiring velocity that inform broader business decisions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on data and reporting

Data Management (25%)

  • Collaborate with the data team to develop and manage ongoing data hygiene processes and practices to ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct regular audits of dashboards and reporting to ensure accuracy
  • Partner with TA Operations to ensure CTA adherence to processes and data management; identify and resolve challenges or discrepancies that compromise data hygiene 

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership (25%)

  • Communicate data cross-functionally, including historical performance trends and forecasted future volume to inform business strategy 
  • Contribute to the annual planning process by providing insights and fulfilling data requests related to annual hiring volume forecasts, historical performance trends, and recruiter hiring plans 
  • Generate ad hoc reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
  • Identify bottlenecks using data and partnering with to propose solutions to optimize the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

Impact and Success Indicators 

Where you’ll make an impact in the first 90 days:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Two Chairs processes and build key reporting dashboards for top metrics
  • Improve forecasting model based on historical performance to actuals 
  • Develop dashboards to understand key trends in Talent Acquisition and Client Success

 Where you’ll make an impact in the first year:

  • Developed a suite of dashboards to diagnose changes in recruiting performance
  • Support 2025 planning for recruiting targets and client partnerships
  • Develop additional analytical expertise outside of Talent Acquisition 

 You’ll be successful if you have:

  • Proven analytics experience, forecasting, SQL, Looker, and analytics experience ideal but not required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to validate data accuracy
  • Investigative instinct to understand the why behind data trends
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to distill complex topics into business insights for leadership
  • Curiosity, self-motivation, and interest in an accelerated learning curve 
  • Strong time management skills and can manage competing demands

Compensation & Benefits

The offer range is dependent on qualifications and experience. New hires can reasonably expect an offer between $111,180 and $130,800. The full salary range for this full-time, exempt role is $111,180 - $150,420.
