Our Revenue Organization in San Francisco is looking for a Group Coordinator/Admin Support to perform a variety of administrative tasks as well as support operations for the org. You will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

 

This role will report directly to the Head of Revenue and includes managing schedules and calendars, preparing expense reports, coordinating studio meetings, and being the first point of contact for org requests. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

 

An excellent Admin is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative and operational duties with accuracy and speed and all the while continuing to foster the culture of innovation and fun.

 

*This is a 6-month contract position that will turn permanent.*

Responsibilities:

  • Manages executive schedule and calendar and acts as liaison for executive team.
  • Plans/organizes and implements events such as meetings, business luncheons/dinners, leadership offsites.
  • Gather information and create presentations for org meetings.
  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • First point of contact for studio requests and surfaces to Workplace team when applicable
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, hotel and restaurant reservations
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
  • Arranges travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience working in an administrative capacity supporting executives in a creative environment. *Gaming industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
  • Strong multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills
  • Enthusiastic, hard-working, and proactive. Work independently and in a team environment
