We are looking for a resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support four senior leaders and our Compliance, Legal and Enterprise Risk Team. From calendar management and travel planning, to coordinating team meetings and events, you will be responsible for making sure the leaders are using their time in the most efficient way possible. 

Reporting to the lead Executive Assistant on the Compliance, Legal and Enterprise Risk Team, you will partner with your senior leaders, collaborate closely with the Affirm Executive Support Team, and be a valuable team specialist and individual contributor.

What You’ll Do

  • Support four senior leaders with their respective administrative needs, including meeting preparation
  • Attend meetings when requested to manage Zoom, track action items and follow up items
  • Support department meetings and event coordination, including team operations
  • Partner with the EA team to coordinate needs across the wider Affirm team
  • Additional administrative functions to include expense reports (via Concur), travel coordination (via TripActions), preparation of documents and presentations (using Google Suite and Microsoft office), and ad-hoc special projects

What We Look For

  • 2-4 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Ability to work independently as well as across various teams
  • Experience at a rapidly growing company, with the ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Concur, TripActions, SimpleLegal, Coupa, Ironclad, Workiva, Zoom
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, confidentiality and good judgment
  • Ability to deal with conflict as well as give and receive feedback diplomatically
  • Highly organized and resourceful, able to juggle and multi-task, with acute attention to detail and follow through
