Role Description

We are looking for a sharp, good humored and passionate Executive Business Partner to support our VP of CX.  The ideal candidate enjoys working in a constantly changing environment and streamlining a hectic day. You will primarily provide dedicated assistance to the Vice President while occasionally providing ad hoc support to the leads' team at large and partner closely with the GCO Executive Business Partner.  You will be working in a fast-paced environment with passionate team members who are focused on quality, execution and amplifying the voices of our Customers. If you like to tame chaos while remaining calm and flexible in the face of ever-changing priorities and needs, then this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a face of Dropbox on behalf of the VP of CX and team
  • Develop and/or maintain strong relationships with internal international and domestic stakeholders and external contacts; foster strong partnerships with other EBPs
  • Strategic calendar management in a rapidly changing environment and across all time-zones
  • Coordinate both international and domestic internal and external calls, meetings, and events taking into account verying time zones and customer facing working shifts.
  • Plan and execute large and small on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and events in different cities and countries
  • Orchestrate Quarterly All Hands, providing updates and opportunities for teammates to connect
  • Make excellent game-time decisions
  • Prepare monthly expense reports for leads and coordinate special projects as needed
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and accommodations for executives or visitors coming to Dropbox
  • Be a conduit of the mood of the troops
  • Manage budget for off-sites and T&E

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role with startup and/or experience in a hyper-growth organization preferred
  • Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple principals or teams
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once
  • Ability to move quickly and make on-the-spot decisions without sacrificing attention to detail
  • Track record of consistently going above and beyond
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a spectrum of personalities
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, and Google e-mail/calendar/doc skills
  • Ability to maintain composure and sense of humor in high-pressure situations
  • Passion for Dropbox and the role of Executive Assistant / Executive Business Partner
  • Ability to work over multiple time zones and accommodate participants schedules
