Americas Partner Programs & Incentives Manager
The Americas Partner Programs & Incentives Manager is responsible for helping to manage and support the evolution of the Zoom Reseller and Distribution Programs in the Americas region. In this dynamic and multi-faceted role, he/she will help maintain, support and grow the partner programs in the Americas. The Partner Programs & Incentives Manager will support and execute an annual compliance process to measure and monitor partners’ performance against program requirements. This role will also be responsible for enrolling new partners, managing the contractual process, and supporting other channel program initiatives as needed. The Partner Programs & Incentives Manager will be responsible for the creation of new partner incentives and tracking the performance working closely with Channel Operations. He/She will have experience in managing programs to support Software as a Subscription (SaaS) models including Renewals and will be required to work cross functionally to ensure successful adoption of these programs. This individual will use a data driven approach that also incorporates partner feedback and internal feedback to ensure an outstanding program and partner experience in a very fast paced, hyper-growth company.
Responsibilities:
Americas Partner program support. Skilled at working cross functionally with a range of teams including sales, finance, legal, enablement, marketing, operations, product management, to support program definition and execution
Manage and collaborate with sales, marketing, and GEO feedback on the program to drive future enhancements to the program to accelerate company growth and partner success
Drive and manage program compliance annually in region, partnering with Channel Account Managers and Channel Operations
Design, build and implement incentive programs to support partners globally, including rebates and special promotions
Model cost structure associated with incentives and the return-on-investment
Work with Channel Operations to build dashboards and reporting on success of incentives
Manage partner contracting process in region
Provide regional support for launching program updates, including communications and documentation, rules of engagement, benefits, and requirements
Special projects as needed, in support of the Global Partner Programs organization
Own and report on partner performance and participate in regular business reviews with leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
Min. 7-10 years of partner program experience in SaaS industry, including years’ experience directly advising and persuading, and negotiating at all levels of seniority
Experience of working with Reseller and Distribution Partners across multiple geographies
Strong experience modeling incentives and working with contra/opex budgets
Strong project management and organizational skills
Current experience in a high growth enterprise software company, with SaaS/Cloud business models

Experience in managing and launching industry leading partner programs
Demonstrated record of building and fostering durable business relationships
Strategic thinker with a sales mentality and a proven ability to execute strategy
Partner-based experience at an international SaaS company
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong leadership skills to achieve or exceed goals
