Position Overview

Associates are the pillars of our consulting teams and you should expect to be an immediate contributor on strategic projects conducted for our clients. In the short term, you will work directly with one of our largest and key clients and take ownership of either multiple project work streams or entire projects and end-deliverables, either independently or with a team of Analysts/Associates. You will establish trust-based relationships, serve Senior Executives with critical insights, identify account development opportunities, and support the creation of proposals to implement Quid into the client’s strategic process.

The Opportunity

• Lead consulting projects for Quid clients (primary focus on high-tech vertical) using some of Quid’s most advanced methodologies, in conjunction with Analysts/Associates
• Build and maintain a trusted relationship with our key clients
• Develop new ways for clients to leverage Quid to solve strategic questions
• Strategically identify potential service opportunities within our client base, and beyond
• Work closely with sales teams to identify and/or develop up-sell opportunities within key accounts
• Advocate client needs/issues to the product and engineering team to build an exceptional product
• Opportunity to work full-time on site at any of NetbaseQuid offices (NY/SF) post-COVID restrictions, or full-time remotely within US time zone

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in strategic consulting, private equity, investment banking, or similarly analytical roles
• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Strong problem-solving abilities & project management skills
• Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and willing to learn new tools quickly
• The power to take initiative, communicate across teams, and solve problems creatively, both in teams and individually
