We’re seeking an Expert Medical Opinion (EMO) Associate to help Hinge Health build out its EMO product. This person will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the EMO team, including Medical Directors, Nurse Practitioners, and Product Management. The EMO Associate will work with the EMO team to recruit patients, ensure regular follow-up communication with patients, and load-manage workload for clinicians. The EMO Associate will also build out processes to enable Hinge Health to grow in scale and customers. The ideal candidate has spearheaded projects and scaled out processes for rapidly growing teams or businesses.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

• Manage operational and administrative responsibilities from Hinge Health’s EMO clinicians.
• Collaborate clinical leaders at Hinge Health to refine EMO processes.
• Work directly with Hinge Health’s patients to enroll them in the EMO program. 
• Become a super-user of Hinge Health’s EMO workflow technology; you’ll be an expert of the tool and help train others.
