BD Systems Enablement Manager
OVERVIEW
As Instacart’s rapid growth continues, we are looking to hire an Enablement - System Program Manager to join the Business Development (BD) Enablement team. Our team’s mission is to enable the BD Retail Sales & Account Management teams to scale intelligently by developing and maintaining processes and tools. Our work allows our Department to unlock huge revenue opportunities for Instacart through successful retailer partnerships.
ABOUT THE JOB
The successful candidate will lead the development and management of tools for the Department working closely with a range of internal stakeholders such as Sales and Account Management teams, BD Leadership, Engineering, Finance, Legal and other Operations teams.
The job responsibilities include but are not limited to,
- Developing and managing the Salesforce roadmap by working closely with internal customers and stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of processes and potential gaps
- Designing new workflows to support new lines of business and partnership opportunities
- Partnering directly with Engineering teams to execute on Salesforce roadmap by providing timely inputs and business context, and assisting with prioritization
- Analyzing Departmental needs to identify a solution for maintaining domain knowledge base
- Continually assessing Departmental needs and exploring new potential solutions to streamlining work across multiple teams
ABOUT YOU
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role within a Business Development, Sales or Account Management environment, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced change practitioner who can influence both leadership and working teams with thoughtful advocacy and compelling analysis
- Demonstrated ability to deep dive, and understand complex operating environments and generate sound recommendations around solutions, tools and/or new processes
- Excellent written & verbal communication with the ability to express complex topics clearly & easily; experience training groups is a plus
- Project/Program Management experience - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities with excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
- 4+ experience with Salesforce and other SaaS solutions in the context of BD, Sales or Enterprise Account Management
- Team player with an interest in working in a dynamic environment with evolving responsibilities, and a willingness to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed
