About the role:

Productiv is looking for a Business Operations Manager who will scale our growing organization. You will own, develop, and spearhead strategic plans that serve as force multipliers for our business, and will partner with the Heads of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will oversee these projects end-to-end, from ideation to execution.

You have strategic and operational experience, are highly structured and results-driven, and loves to think big and solve ambiguous problems. You will report to the Head of Business Operations.

You Will:

  • Identify and build new programs and opportunities that accelerate Productiv's business
  • Perform analyses and research that help Productiv build a predictable, high-growth business
  • Promote highly data-driven decision making through rigorous analysis and reporting
  • Design and implement operational systems and processes
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to help them build essential plans and improve operational efficiency and scale

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, or Strategy and Operations at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated experience finding data-driven insights
  • Drive to work at a startup where you will be working on multiple projects with competing priorities with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
  • Ability to identify force multiplier opportunities to scale sales productivity
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a bias for action and driving results
  • Independent project management skills including the ability to define and meet project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors
  • B.A./B.S. Degree, MBA is a plus
