The mission of the Business Operations team is to enable each Afreshie, each function and the entire organization to achieve their maximum potential. We are the connective tissue in an ever-growing organization. You will own major parts of our planning processes and ensure that we make decisions efficiently, inclusively, and effectively.

What will you be doing?

• Ensure that all Afreshies have the right information and context to be successful in their job
• Facilitate decision-making and alignment in a complex cross-functional environment
• Run organizational planning and operational cadence in alignment with all other functions to develop goals, objectives and key results (OKRs), resource and capital plans
• Design scalable systems and organizational structures that support Afresh's rapid growth and ensure the highest quality of execution
• Assist in preparing materials for the executive team, including board decks, investor materials and other executive updates

What skills / experience do you need?

• 2+ years of experience in a Business Operations or a cross-functional operational role at a high-growth technology company
• High degree of empathy and ability to influence through relationship building
• Attention to detail - you effectively utilize data to facilitate decision making
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint (SQL is a plus)
• Fluency in coordination with cross-functional partners and ability to effect change within a rapidly growing enterprise
• Ability to work independently and within ambiguity and a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent written and verbal reasoning and communication skills
