We’re hiring a BizOps associate to help scale and drive leverage through our new brokerage business. Launched in 2021, Divvy Brokerage exists to provide our customers with a first-class, brand-aligned experience by recruiting in-market agents to support customers on their home-buying journey. We're it's your job to help scale the operation across the country.


This role is designed to grow capacity, drive efficiency, and empower our agent teams to better serve our customers through a combination of process, tooling, strategy, and analytics. We expect you to become an expert on our tool stack, sales process, and clearly understand the drivers of success for our agents and the adjacent teams we depend on.


You work centrally (in the 'core' business), to support and drive leverage through our market-based teams, and your spectrum of responsibility will reflect that. You will be drive: reporting and analytics, incentives and compensation, tooling and workflow design, and be intimately involved with the strategic evolution of the business. Relentlessly prioritizing the mission critical, highest-leverage initiatives to grow the business is the name of the game


On a day-to-day basis you are likely to: instrument anew or analyze a divergent business driver, stand-up a new CSAT pulse moment, draft a product requirements doc for a new tooling implementation, design a monthly incentive/promo to drive desired behavior – all while pairing closely with peers and functional leads elsewhere in the company to understand how brokerage can more seamlessly work with the rest of the customer funnel.


Overall, this job is for an organized, quantitative, and process-oriented individual – you care deeply about your work and would be restless if you couldn’t grow your responsibilities in short order.

  • Fluid across excel/sheets, SQL, and regularly build data-backed business cases
  • A process and project management guru who geeks out over project plans, new tools, and other approaches
  • Are restless to enact change and be a part of something bigger
  • At least 3 years into your career and have worked in a software-centric or ops-heavy – ideally early or growth stage – environment
