Product Operations Business Systems Analyst

What are the primary responsibilities of this role? 

• Manage the CH cards and related processes
• Provide database administrator functionality for the user-focused Airtable functionality
• Internal Cards management: 60%
• Vendor management - cards: 10%
• Welcome kits management: 20%
• Airtable management: 10%

Typical activities may include:

• Manage operational processes, such as generation of coverage cards and related materials.
• Manage our user-focused database systems.
• Manage vendor relationships.
• Work with designers regarding the appearance of CH materials.
• Process and workflow definition and optimization.
• End-to-end analysis of systems and processes, identifying areas for improved efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
• Requirements definition, working with product managers, designers and developers to refine detailed specifications.
• Leading and participation in user acceptance testing.
• Prioritization of enhancements and projects.
• Organizational change management activities including development of training and adoption plans, communications and materials.

Qualifications

• Experience with Airtable highly desired
• Experience implementing and managing complex technical/process projects
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to speak and connect with both technical and business personnel, at all levels
• Ability to make progress, recommendations and decisions with incomplete information
• Ability to understand, analyze and envision the end-to-end process
• Ability to balance a variety of customer inputs into a cohesive approach
• Technical aptitude, experience running queries and reports desired
• Experience working with external vendors
• Identify, evaluate and lead teams through prioritization activities
• Member and client focused (customer centricity)
• You enjoy a fast paced team environment and adapt well to change by adjusting priorities as needed
• You have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• You are analytically minded and like to make data-driven decisions
• You are process oriented and have experience building and improving processes
• You are a self-motivator and self-starter
