Marketing Operations Associate - Remote

Clari is looking for a Marketing Operations Associate that is a passionate go-getter with strong campaign execution and email marketing experience who has a desire to become an operations wizard. In this role, you will help support all campaign requests from our Growth Marketing team along with helping to support our strategic operational initiatives. You’ll have an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of how an integrated Martech stack operates and get to work closely with the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to build a best-in-class DemandGen engine. We are looking for a candidate that is ready to jump in and offer recommendations for how to build a strong foundation for campaign execution.
This is a fully remote opportunity but is preferred to be worked from the Pacific or Mountain time zone.
Responsibilities
- Build SFDC campaigns, Marketo programs, emails, landing pages, templates, etc.
- Develop an overall framework for how we execute email and nurture programs at Clari
- Drive improvement of programs through advanced audience segmentation, journey mapping, A/B testing, and deliverability
- Capture program effectiveness and engagement, present learnings, experiments, and recommendations to stakeholders across the business
- Manage the execution and delivery of our company newsletter and evergreen programs
- Help to strategize on improving our existing intake process through Asana
- Be the point person for managing a cross-functional comms Calendar
- Support our day to day operations of our existing Martech stack
Qualifications
- 2-4 years in Marketing/Campaign automation, operations, or email marketing - specifically with Marketo
- Hands-on experience developing emails, building email nurtures, and executing campaigns within SFDC and Marketo
- Proficiency with Marketo emails/templates, landing page/templates, and overall Marketo assets. Marketo certified preferred
- A good understanding of how to deliver results of an experiment and to communicate the overall impact to department heads
