About the Role

The Partner Operations team is responsible for continuing to scale our health plans, partnerships, and processes while maintaining efficiency and efficacy for our members and Care team. The Channel Operations Associate will assist in the implementation of new channel partners, health plans, and employers.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in development and implementation of workflows new health plan, employer, and partner launches.
  • Train internal teams on new launches and workflows; identify opportunities for ongoing training.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to channel partners and health plans.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards, spreadsheets, and instructional documents.
  • Support Partner Operations team in securing and implementing new health plan contracts, ongoing audit requirements, credentialing workflows, and other duties as needed.

Experience and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in Account Management, Customer Support, and/or Operations preferred.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and project management skills.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity or previous experience with health care, mental health, and/or health plans.
