Chief of Staff
Ginger’s mission is to improve behavioral health care by applying AI and machine learning. The Ginger proprietary app delivers clinically validated self-care content, along with video and chat access to coaches, therapists, psychiatrists, and their members. This virtual mental health network provides high-quality emotional support to employees, while reducing medical spend for employers and payers.
The Chief of Staff will report to the CEO and support the CEO and the executive team, owning key projects and strategic initiatives, assisting with acquisition analysis and integration, overseeing program management, supporting operating cadence, and facilitating executive team collaboration while effectively communicating objectives between departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in strategic consulting and business management roles, with a special focus on data analysis, strategic initiatives and key projects, executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining and sharing decisions and monitoring results, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and executives on special projects
- Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through execution in collaboration with senior leadership and functional area heads
- Help manage fast organizational growth through the design and implementation of improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
- Improve current processes and coordinate organization cadence for optimized efficiency and productivity
- Review and analyze acquisitions opportunities for strategic and tactical value, assist with integration.

Education/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
- 7+ years in a strategic consulting, business or executive management role
- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form
- Extremely versatile and resilient, dedicated to efficient productivity
- Enjoys fast paced and dynamic environments
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
