As a Scout Client Director, you will work with our customers and prospects to discover, quantify, and realize the value of Scout solutions. You will be responsible for project success and organizational change. You will be a trusted advisor to Scouts, customize our solution packages, and implement how they are best fit to create workflow efficiencies to help the team meet and exceed their goals. You will be responsible for complex solution implementations, integrations, and data migration for Scout’s top clients. You must be able to excellently work cross-functionally between internal departments as you will be managing the transition of pre-sales knowledge to post-sales implementation. You will also act as a liaison between customers and our product teams to tailor and fine-tune our product roadmap. We are a very focused and driven team that views itself as critical to growing Scout’s customer base and maintaining Scout’s customer-first values system.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the project success and organizational change management of Scout top tier customers 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Scout’s to customize our solution packages and how they are best fit to create workflow efficiencies to help the Procurement team meet and exceed their goals
  • Responsible for the oversight to manage complex solution implementations, integrations, data migrations and roll-outs to our top accounts, with assistance from our extended cross-functional teams that will include presales, post-sales, and technical resources
  • Responsible for managing the internal transition of pre-sales knowledge to the post-sales implementation team for a seamless transition
  • Lead and manage workshop and discovery conversations around change management projects with customers to ensure the adoption and success of the Scout product implementation
  •  Act as the liaison between customers and our product teams to tailor and fine-tune our product roadmap & customer deliverables
  •  Own and develop the account strategy and execution plan for growing, defending and maintaining the book of business on a global scale

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of implementation management, customer success management, solution architecture or consulting experience
  •  Proven experience of rolling out large scale or global technology projects
  • Overseeing large scale custom SaaS solutions and/or technical project management
  •  Track record of leading workshops and/or facilitating meetings with multilevel internal and customer audiences
  • Excellent consulting skillset, including discovery, analysis and project leadership
  • Good sense of humor coupled with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Drive and motivation to take on additional responsibilities over time
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year accredited University 5+ years of post-sales experience if no advanced degree
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience implementing or supporting SaaS solutions and suites
  • Experience running Procurement and Sourcing teams or processesExperience in implementing
  • Procurement and Sourcing Solutions or workflow-based applications
  • Advanced degree (M.A., M.S., MBA etc.)
