Client Reporting Specialist

The Hospital Solutions team at Doximity is seeking a Client Reporting Specialist to support our team as they work with our hospital clients.
Client Reporting Specialists are dedicated to developing accurate reporting and insights to support our Client Success and Hospital Solutions Sales teams in helping our clients achieve success. This role works closely with all teams across the business unit (Sales, Client Success, Product and Marketing).
You will become an expert in the Doximity internal reporting tool and provide backend support to the execution teams to ensure we are providing our clients with data insights that will make them successful on Doximity and beyond. It will take a strong communicator to be successful in this role.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Assist in creating customized reporting materials, including powerpoint and keynote decks, and spreadsheets for the sales and client success teams
- Serves as the primary owner of Hospital Solutions client reporting, ensuring that requests are executed for team members in a timely manner
- Pull, QA, and optimize report outs and initiatives that provide performance insights and strategic opportunities for clients
- Iterate on how we can grow our robust reporting suite in order to continue providing valuable and actionable takeaways to clients
- As needed, responsible for working with marketing and product to update reporting templates
What a successful candidate must have:
- Exceptional attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and time management skills
- Advanced skills using Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools
- Outstanding problem solving skills, analytical skills, and business judgment
- High energy self-starter who enjoys finding creative solutions to complex problems
- Ability to organize and prioritize requests as they arise
- MacGyver attitude: when something needs to get done, you are creative, persistent and resourceful. You do what it takes to GSD (get stuff done)
- Success working independently and being personally accountable for assigned projects
- Highly organized, able to coordinate large amounts of information across multiple projects (and timezones!)
- Enthusiasm to help grow our business and be an energetic team player
- Prior experience using Salesforce is a plus
