About This Opportunity

This position is for a customer success generalist focused on both resolving routine service issues and client outreach. This role will be crucial to creating the best experience for multi-family clients advertising on Zumper. You must be a highly effective communicator who is organized, efficient, and empathetic.

 

What You Will Do

  • Research and resolve Tier II client issues in cooperation with technical, sales, and accounting office partners.
  • Trouble-shoot a variety of technical issues with listings, lead delivery, and third party integrations. 
  • Analyze advertising performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Proactively contact at-risk customers to find ways to improve performance for them.
  • Directly contribute to the development and expansion of the client service strategy.

 

Who You Are

  • A track record of using Excel or google sheets to understand large data sets by run Pivot Tables and formulas and use the findings to impact action and outcomes for clients.
  • A strategic problem-solver who proactively identifies customer issues and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer happiness.
  • An enthusiastic customer success professional with a high level of comfort and experience making outbound calls, establishing rapport, and conveying expertise over the phone.
  • An analytical thinker with the ability to pull and analyze reports, complete service audits, and summarize findings succinctly.
  • A self-starter who is curious about client problems and able to creatively and independently present solutions to a customer's unique business needs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and database management preferred.
  • Experience with databases, XML data, and SQL preferred.
  • An Undergraduate or Associates degree and 1-2 years of experience in the multi-family apartment industry or tech is required.
