We’re looking for a Systems Administrator for our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to join our Legal team. As the CLM Systems Administrator, you will look for innovative ways to solve complex business problems, be the single point of contact for end user support and be the liaison between business, IT and our CLM vendor.
We are looking for a proactive resource who will help us streamline and automate our contracting process. The candidate will need to become a resident expert on our existing processes, policies and systems and combine that knowledge with his or her knowledge of the CLM tools, to help us maximize the use of systems to improve the efficiency on our contracting practices and manage future needs.
Essential Functions:
- Manage the configuration and operation of the legal Contract Management System (New DocuSign CLM for Sales, existing Icertis CLM for buy side and Legal Tracker for expense management).
- Work closely with Legal, Finance and other internal stakeholders to gather requirements and thereafter create the business requirements document
- Collaborate with business users and the development team throughout the DocuSign CLM Implementation
- Provide first level support for training, data requests and dashboards and reporting.
- Triage System related requests and provide day to day troubleshooting and technical support for end users. Coordinate troubleshooting support with IT and System provider (DocuSign, Icertis, etc).
- Manage Templates, playbook terms, and bank of clauses in conjunction with the legal department forms committee, including template update releases, including updates to online terms
- Setup and configure new contract templates and workflows
- Create test cases, execute test scripts and coordinate UAT sessions for upcoming releases
- Ensure integrity, completeness and accuracy of data
- Onboard new users
- Knowledge of Legal, Sales and Sourcing Ops business processes and Order to Cash Flow (2-3 years of experience in Order to Cash Systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle or other similar systems)
- Refinement of the business requirements during development phase
- Maintain governance of solutions and drive best practices across business units
- Coordination of efforts with other teams and with IT to complete interfaces and complementary components to deliver those requirements
- Leading of UAT test cycles for project
- Master Data resource for data migration
- Training the Trainer and Commercial Operations super users.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a CLM Systems Administrator
- Bachelor’s degree with work experience or comparable work experience
- Detail oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently. Can do attitude.
- Ability to identify and solve software and process problems
- Experience with developing and implementing system driven workflows
- Ability to work in a Scrum/Agile environment
- Project management skills are a plus
- Experience working with Jira for user story creation and tracking progress
