About the Role 

The CX Enablement specialist is a trusted partner to the CX organization at Lattice. As the second member of the team, you will be responsible for helping build and strengthen the foundation for Lattice’s long term CX enablement strategy.

Responsibilities 

  • Partner with CX Leadership to identify CX productivity gaps & prioritize work on key initiatives across the global CX team.
  • Implement and administer the Global CX Onboarding Program to efficiently and effectively ramp CX new hires across a spectrum of roles and geographies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create educational content for ongoing CX training curriculum.
  • Maintain LMS and internal knowledge base to ensure content is up-to-date and CX team members have access to the information that they need.
  • Help define a future-looking productivity roadmap, assessing timelines and resources required to execute on key initiatives.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to equip the CX org with the knowledge and resources to bring value to our customers.
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy.

About You

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, providing you with a strong understanding of the skills and knowledge required to engage with customers.
  • You have experience working with or designing knowledge base content, and building impactful presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint.
  • You have outstanding communication and project management skills.
  • You have strength in multi-tasking, prioritization, attention to detail, and organization.
  • You have an aptitude for learning new products and technologies.
  • You are an excellent teammate who gives ideas to improve processes.
  • You possess a solid work ethic and are a fast learner.
  • Bonus points if you’re familiar with Zendesk, Gainsight, and/or WorkRamp!
