The Role

We are looking for highly motivated Customer Support Specialists to join our Support Team. Our Customer Support Specialists play a critical role in the success of our business; ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience in accordance with our mission. They work closely with our customers to provide advice and promote their financial health. In addition, this role will work closely with the rest of the Engage team to improve our platform by providing valuable feedback on product performance.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Bring a positive attitude to your job every day
- Empathy for those who are facing financial difficulties
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service through email, SMS, and phone channels
- Provide operational support for the business as needed
- Meet key performance indicators as outlined by management
- Meet expected quality and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Previous customer support experience at a technology company required
- 6+ months of professional experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- Demonstrated skill in problem solving, negotiating and resolving conflicts
- Commitment to providing best in class customer service
- Ability to work in fast paced and changing environment
- Passionate about personal finance
- Good understanding of credit reporting is a plus
- Prior FinTech experience preferred but not required
