You love driving results through creative promotional tactics, collaboration with partners, empowering our sales and customers teams, and working with the rest of the demand marketing team to promote programs via channels like emails and ads. You get excited about examining existing processes and optimizing them for scale. About the Role

The Demand Programs Manager will report to the Head of Demand Generation and be a key member of the team, responsible for project-managing and executing demand initiatives for content, community, events and product launches. This individual will be responsible for creating promotion plans that maximize awareness and lead generation, managing launch timeline and tasks to ensure teams are executing to plan, and leading sales enablement to make sure leads are followed-up with accordingly. 

You’ll work closely with other key stakeholders across demand generation, marketing operations, sales, events, content & community, product marketing, design, and analytics to make sure our programs are well-aligned with broader go-to-market initiatives. 

Last but perhaps most importantly, you’ll have the support of a world-class executive team as well as be able to work with a world-class revenue team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work with key marketing & sales stakeholders to develop a campaigns strategy that will allow us to realize our ambitious goals in 2021 and beyond.
  • Create, plan and project-manage world-class demand programs around key campaigns across the Lattice marketing calendar. Work with the content, community, events and product marketing teams to ensure campaign objectives are met. Work with the rest of the demand generation team, as well as design and development teams to ensure campaign strategies are executed upon meticulously.
  • Work with sales leadership to ensure reps have the information, tools and training they need to be successful on following up with leads from various campaigns. 
  • Drive our nascent EMEA marketing strategy, including executing any email and syndication campaigns that we may need to run in the region.
  • Measurement is key to everything we do. Work with the marketing operations & analytics teams to ensure we have proper visibility on all demand programs, and establish a regular communication cadence of metrics with leadership. 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years working in demand, marketing programs, or marketing operations (campaign execution) roles. The candidate should be able to quickly develop a deep understanding of our B2B HR buyer, and formulate strategies that attract and convert them.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills. There will always be many initiatives going on at once, many of which you’ll be the driver of. You’ll be responsible for working cross-functionally to make sure important projects are completed on time and executed at a high standard. We’re looking for a team player who’ll fit in well with a high-performing team!
  • Must be a proactive & great communicator up, down, and laterally. The sales team is our ultimate customer, so you’ve had experience interfacing with sales leadership and can communicate with them to align on goals and carry out program execution. We also have an awesome design team based on France, so excellent written & oral communication skills are important.
  • Creative at heart. We love folks that love to think big when it comes to marketing ideas that’ll help the needle. Thinking big & flawless execution = world-class campaigns. Is this you?
  • Strong analytical skills, but also a good intuitive sense in the absence of data. You’ll have access to large datasets from sources like Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Google Analytics, Looker and more.
  • Never satisfied - there is always something else to tweak and optimize. We should always be striving to test new promotional tactics / processes that have a chance to optimize our current motion.
  • Expertise with Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo preferred) highly preferred. Expert use of project management tools like Asana, JIRA and Basecamp a big plus. Proficiency with ABM tools such as Demandbase/Engagio, 6Sense, Sendoso, Terminus a nice to have. Experience with 3rd party intent and contact data providers like Zoominfo/DiscoverOrg, Bombora, Madison Logic, etc. a plus as well.
  • Design skills a plus!
