Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

The Administrator has control over all aspects of the digital asset management system, with full feature functionality and administrative capabilities. Administrators need to have a strong understanding of best DAM practices and be fully trained on the various features and operations of the library. The role is crucial for supporting DAM adoption and ensuring the library structure and policies are followed.

·       Work with the Design Director to lead overall strategy, implementation and workflow of the Digital Asset Management system for CORSAIR

·       Act as primary liaison between the various marketing teams and asset creators with regard to image names, new photography and archiving

·       Responsible for assigning appropriate metadata for assets to ensure accurate usage rights

·       Manage the DAM system and facilitate the uploading of assets as well as maintaining and upgrading the system

·       Register internal and external users to the Digital Asset Management system based on permissions

·       Facilitate retrieval of previously cataloged images/shoots

·       Archive assets as necessary, and curate content regularly maintaining up-to-date readily available content

·       Generate asset upload/download reports

·       Maintains accurate procedures and records for the system

·       Keeps informed of latest Digital Asset Management technology trends and innovations

·       Work across teams of copywriters and product managers to create the most relevant keywords for best navigation and discoverability.

·       Develop and assess the metadata entry system to deliver best experience.

Train and support users to ensure adoption.

Essential Skills and Experience:

·       College Degree or equivalent at least 2 years work experience in planning and developing asset ontologies. Previous DAM experience developing information interactions with user experience preferred.

·       Proficiency in Adobe CC (especifically Bridge and Photoshop).

·       Organized and detail-oriented in developing information interactions with user experience.

·       Creative, self-starter, and adaptive.

·       Able to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and tight deadlines efficiently.

·       Fluent in English (both spoken and written); other language skills are a plus.

·       Local candidate; no relocation available.
