We are looking for a Director of Coaching Operations to lead on the day to day operations management of our 160 person and growing Health Coach organization. This person will focus on scaling our Health Coach hiring and training models, implementing processes to drive consistency and workflow optimization, and expanding our quality assurance processes for our health coach and coverage coach teams.

 The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in operations with a demonstrated ability to scale a function in fast paced environments. We are looking for an individual who can see the “big picture” but is also willing to roll up their sleeves to continuously improve every detail of day to day operations.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Collaborate with coach and coach managers to increase consistency in highest impact workflows while maintaining participant outcomes and employee satisfaction.
  • Key decision maker as we expand our workforce management models, including introducing part time health coach employment, and scaling the model/s chosen.
  • Partner with our Head of Training and Development to adjust and scale our new and tenured health coach training approaches as we double the team.

  • Process skills and techniques: Proven aptitude around project management, from vision/strategy through delivery, analysis, and iteration. 
  • Effective collaborator. Able to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders as a trusted & respected thought-partner. 
  • Adaptability: Always up for the next challenge, be it a change in business priority or novel team issue.
  • Passion for our mission: Personal connection and/or track-record of mission-driven work.
