Director, ESG & Sustainability (Remote US West Coast)
We are interviewing and onboarding 100% virtually at this time. PagerDuty is focused on inclusion and employee well-being by building a culture that isn’t location specific and gives equal opportunity to everyone—regardless of where you are working. Unless your job requirements make it necessary to be in a company office, you may choose to work in-office, remotely, or hybrid.
At PagerDuty, we believe that technology can transform how we work and how we do good. Our social impact function, PagerDuty.org, directs PagerDuty’s most important assets—our platform, funds, people, and voice—to support our customers and grantees in meeting urgent needs faster. We believe companies have a responsibility not just to shareholders, but to all stakeholders—employees, customers, investors, communities, and the environment. That’s why PagerDuty is formalizing an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) program.

The ESG & Sustainability Director will be both strategic and able to execute with independence, and will serve as the ESG reporting expert for the company. A key success factor for this role is interest and ability to bridge across industry sectors, cultures, and communities, and internally at PagerDuty, and to drive impact that is both integrated in and reflective of the business and the company’s holistic vision for social impact.
