Why We Need You

At PagerDuty, we believe that technology can transform how we work and how we do good. Our social impact function, PagerDuty.org, directs PagerDuty’s most important assets—our platform, funds, people, and voice—to support our customers and grantees in meeting urgent needs faster. We believe companies have a responsibility not just to shareholders, but to all stakeholders—employees, customers, investors, communities, and the environment. The ESG & Sustainability Director will be both strategic and able to execute with independence, and will serve as the ESG reporting expert for the company. A key success factor for this role is interest and ability to bridge across industry sectors, cultures, and communities, and internally at PagerDuty, and to drive impact that is both integrated in and reflective of the business and the company’s holistic vision for social impact.

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

I started at PagerDuty two days after graduation, when I was unsure of what I really wanted to do.
