About the Role:

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team, and have an impactful role in defining how KeepTruckin approaches the Expansion SMB segment. KeepTruckin is looking for a senior leader who will be collaborative in the development of strategy, execution, and performance for our Expansion SMB sales motion for our 70,000+ customers. This role will be responsible for overseeing a team of 40 expansion sellers based in Islamabad or Lahore, Pakistan, 4 frontline managers and 1 second-line manager based in the US, while working cross-functionally to develop best-in-class workflows.You will work with functional leaders throughout the business as a 'go-to' problem solver and thought leader for expansion and renewal sales.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner cross-functionally with our Marketing, SDR, and Systems leadership teams to improve existing inbound workflows.
  • Work closely with Customer Success leadership to scale processes for successful expansion and renewals.
  • Aggressively target improvements in attach rate, average sale price, and revenue attainment.
  • Grow a sales team to meet the upsell and expansion opportunities of our ~70,000 customers.
  • Design processes, tactics, playbooks, and policies that deliver long-term repeatable success.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years leading a sales motion, ideally customer / expansion / renewal sales.
  • Customer Success (post-sale) experience is a plus.
  • Previous ownership of a sales segment is a plus.
  • A proven track record of success leading a team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Understanding of selling into SMB markets while operating a high-velocity sales motion.
  • Solid foundation of CRM administration (SFDC), setting up reporting and dashboards, and producing forecasts.
