About the role:
Are you passionate about opening access to mental health care? Do you LOVE developing new techniques to drive member reach, awareness, and acquisition? At Ginger, we put the member at the center of all that we do, serving as an advocate, and always looking for ways to reduce stigma and increase engagement with our on-demand mental health system.
We’re looking for a creative, collaborative leader to join our Member Growth team and oversee our member engagement team. This team’s responsibilities include: partnering with clients to drive reach and engagement among their members, as well as driving our member content strategy to engage and educate members on mental health care.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engagement marketers to build scalable, digital marketing strategies to drive member growth, as a player-coach.
- Be accountable for company member awareness, sign-up, and engagement metrics.
- Partner with our team and clients to develop strategies for member growth and member content marketing.
- Work closely with client success to influence and educate clients to enact effective mental health awareness and de-stigmatization initiatives.
- Work closely with data and analytics to understand the member’s journey from awareness to sign-up and leverage insights to unlock new campaign opportunities.
- Show the impact of Ginger’s engagement efforts through case studies and member testimonials
Requirements:
- 12+ years growth/ engagement marketing experience and 5+ years managing teams
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is entrepreneurial and creative in their thinking
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Inspiring manager that prioritizes team development and sustainability
- Outstanding communication, enrollment marketing, client, and project management skills
- Referral marketing experience a plus.
- Healthcare experience a plus. We're open to digital marketers looking to change domains and make an impact.
