Bolt is looking for a Director, Professional Services to drive fast, efficient, and delightful onboarding for new customers. Working in partnership with leaders on the customer success, integrations, and sales teams, you’ll own onboarding process including: methodology, service offerings, pricing and discounts. You'll also work with individual Account Executives to sell services into new and existing accounts. You'll also work with company leaders and other stakeholders to provide feedback and ideas on issues which impact the merchant experience.

Ideal candidates have the ability to understand the technical complexity, a keen sense for managing people, and a great ability to get stuff done. Deep curiosity and the ability to go above and beyond to tackle big problems are key!

Responsibilities:

  • People management for the Implementation team
  • Improve existing processes for implementation service delivery
  • Own success of all customer onboarding projects 
  • Identify and tackle blockers to getting customers live quickly
  • Design methods for repeatable projects
  • Automate as much as possible, collaborate with teams to document repeat processes
  • Deliver speed and quality for all on-boarding projects
  • Help build internal integration and services ability 

Requirements:

  • People management and team leadership experience
  • Experience writing Statements of Work or other customer contracts
  • Experience pitching or selling services to prospective customers
  • Empathetic attitude with engineers and customers
  • Great communication skills 
  • Process-oriented mindset
  • Ideal candidates have experience in payments, ecommerce, and/or enterprise software. Consulting experience is a plus.
