About the Role
GoodRx is seeking a Director, Strategy & Operations, Content to support and lead our efforts in new and emerging business lines. You will be responsible for leading strategic and operational initiatives, especially in our subscriptions and content businesses, as well as identifying new opportunities for GoodRx to make an impact in healthcare.
The right candidate is a high-achiever looking for a hybrid role with an interest in both strategy and execution. This role will report to our Growth team and work cross-functionally with leaders from across the business, including our Subscriptions, Editorial, Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence, and Corporate Strategy teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives and support business operations for a portfolio of our growth businesses
- Identify and assess opportunities in existing and unaddressed healthcare verticals for GoodRx
- Partner with executive stakeholders in support of company-wide strategic initiatives
- Manage other emerging, high-priority company growth priorities
- Lead and and develop talent in the Growth vertical and on your project teams
Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-8+ years in a business operations, strategy/consulting, or investing role
- Ability to influence and guide executive leadership on challenging business decisions
- Comfortable with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and balancing a portfolio of projects at once
- Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
